The Individual Executive Programme is a personalised learning plan tailored to participants’ needs and consists of a combination of Executive Programmes, Labs and Edu-Care services. The participant will be guided in an assessment session by an Executive Learning Team that will analyse and identify areas for improvement and strengths to be consolidated. Based on the results of the assessment, the Executive Learning Team will devise a personalised learning plan dedicated to strengthening and consolidating the areas identified. At the end of the programme the participant will be awarded with the Executive Advanced Management Programme certificate, which will be followed by the specialisation in the main thematic area within the course of study.
