Full professor of Strategy, Alessandro Zattoni has been visiting scholar at the Wharton School of Pennsylvania University and at the Queensland University of Technology. He has taught strategy and corporate governance in programs offered to entrepreneurs, managers and directors; he has also taught corporate governance in the Evening MBA, Executive MBA, Global Executive MBA and Full time MBA of SDA Bocconi. He won twice the best teaching award for master courses of SDA Bocconi, and one for Master of Science courses offered at Bocconi University. He published several articles and books on corporate governance. He is currently the co-Editor in Chief of Corporate Governance: An International Review, the premiere journal for corporate governance studies.
