Marta Simoncini is an Associate Professor of Administrative Law. She holds a Ph.D. in Administrative Law from the University of Pisa, a Laurea in Political Sciences with a focus on law, and a University Diploma from the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna in Pisa. Previously, she was a post-doctoral fellow at King’s College London and the University of Antwerp, and a Max Weber Fellow at the European University Institute. Her research focuses on European law, administrative governance, and the legal frameworks of risk-based regulation. She has published extensively and authored several monographs and edited volumes.
