LUISS Business School hosted the International Week from March 5th to March 9th, 2018 in Rome. A one-week program brought together 39 talented students of 14 different nationalities, coming from 6 international business schools, to deal with the evolution of the food industry and the role it plays among the Made in Italy excellences in the world. The business case challenged participants to analyse the internationalisation strategy for a cooperative of oil producers based in the Blera archeological area.

The International week was an important opportunity to learn, discuss and combine different activities, such as workshops held by Guest Speakers, team-work and learning-tours to understand how one of the world’s greatest ingredients, olive oil, is made, also by visiting an olive mill and experience tasting, to understand the differences between different types of olive oil.
