Italian Fine and Luxury Food Key Success Factors. Register for the Masterclass!

On Friday, April 23 at 6 pm CEST we invite you to attend the webinar of presentation of the Executive Programme in Food & Beverage Management.

The Webinar will offer you the possibility to discover more about the first edition of this part-time international Executive Programme starting on May 21, 2021. The course is aimed to provide specific management skills, useful to embark on a successful career path in the Food & Beverage industry. Lessons will mainly be held online with a last session at the Amsterdam Hub over a long weekend.

As an introduction to the topics of the programme, you will attend a Masterclass on Italian Fine and Luxury Food Key Success Factors held by Lelio Mondella, CEO in sustainable and premium Food Company and Professor in Luxury and fine Food Management.

The purpose of this Masterclass is to provide participants with an understanding of the dynamics and functioning of Fine and Luxury food both from the Producers and from the Retailers perspective analyzing some of the drivers of excellence and critical success factor of this niche market including some nods of Threats and opportunity of the digitalization.

Prof. Lelio Mondella and the Programme Coordinator will answer all participants’ questions during a Q&A session.
